Paid through PayMongo after you place your order—GCash, Maya, credit and debit cards, and QR Ph where available.
Do I need to sign up for online payment?
No separate KG3 wallet is required. After checkout you are redirected to PayMongo to complete payment with your chosen channel.
What information will I need?
Only what your payment channel requires—for example, card details for cards or your mobile number for e-wallet OTP verification.
Is there a verification step?
Yes, depending on the channel. E-wallets such as GCash or Maya typically send a one-time password (OTP) you must confirm before payment succeeds.
Are there extra fees for online payment?
Any convenience or channel fees shown at checkout are displayed before you confirm your order. Successful transaction fees charged by payment partners are handled according to our checkout summary.
Skyro
Buy now, pay later installments handled on Skyro's secure checkout after you submit your KG3 order.
How does Skyro work on KG3?
Select Skyro at checkout, place your order, then complete Skyro's application and approval flow in the browser window that opens. We prepare your order after Skyro confirms payment.
Are there order amount limits?
Skyro sets eligibility, terms, and limits. Checkout may warn that very low cart totals are not ideal for Skyro—we recommend online payment for small orders when Skyro is unavailable.
Where do I see interest or installment length?
Installment plans, monthly amounts, and any interest are shown inside Skyro during approval. KG3 does not store your Skyro credentials.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Pay the full order total in cash when our courier (SPX) delivers your package, where COD is offered for your address.
Is there a minimum or maximum for COD?
Most standard carts qualify. Orders with merchandise above ₱15,000 require a downpayment arrangement—checkout will prompt you to contact us before COD can be used.
What fees apply to COD?
COD service and related fees are listed in your checkout summary before you place the order.
When is my order processed?
We process COD orders after you complete checkout. Dispatch follows our standard fulfillment timelines for in-stock items and your selected shipping option.
Important note — card payments
For orders paid with credit or debit card, you may be asked to present the card used, a valid government-issued ID, and proof of authorization if the card is not in the recipient's name when the parcel is delivered. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation or delayed release per our Terms & Conditions.
Taxes & pricing
All payable amounts—including merchandise, VAT where applicable, shipping, and payment-related fees—are shown on the checkout review step before you confirm.
